Due to hygiene reasons any hair products purchased may only be returned or exchanged if there is an initial problem on receipt in which case none of the extensions should be used and all should be returned in the original packaging with ties still intact within 10 days from purchase. Please can you ensure you order the correct product and colour matching with only our colour swatch.
If Issues arise after application, we MUST be notified within 2 weeks from the date the hair was purchased. All hair must be returned to us for internal testing.this must be within 7 days of complaint. Please note. This does not guarantee a refund of exchange unless we find quality issues with the hair.
**** If our products were not purchased on the same receipt as the hair products, then no refund or exchange can be offered. We will not be held responsible for damaged extensions if our aftercare was not followed accurately.
Hair extensions should not be worn abroad as the change in water and excessive heat can cause the extensions to swell and dry out.We do not advise using any high street oils and serums including olaplex as these can react with the extensions and cause the hair to turn brittle.
Please note that hair extensions are dyed at your own risk. We are unable to take responsibility for colour correction issues. Artistic Krowns have the right to refuse a refund if any colouring products have bee used.
Returned products will only be accepted if you contact us first for a returns number and a returns address
Refunds will be completed after testing has taken place. This can be up to 14 days after the hair is received. If it is found to be quality issues a refund will be offered through paypal or bank transfer
Please ensure you order your extensions a few days before your appointments to allow for covid delays. use Royal Mail for delivery and receive tracking numbers for each parcel sent. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, cut off time is 1.00pm.

We will will not be held accountable for any damage or injury during the application of the extensions. It remains the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure your technician is professionally trained. PLEASE NOTE If you are a technician purchasing on behalf of your clients, our terms and conditions should be read by both parties. Once orders are complete and payment has been made our terms and conditions take effect immediately.
Hair extension aftercare
Following cortect aftercare is essential to maintain the life of your hair extensions. Failure to follow correct advice could cause damage to the hair extensions by causing them to dry, matt , discolour and snap.
Washing The Hair
We recommend that you should wash your hair no more than 3 times per week.
Before you wash your hair de-tangle from ends to root using a gentle brush or wide tooth comb. Ensure you support the root whilst brushing to eliminate tension.
Always wash the hair in an upright position smoothing the extension shampoo in a downwards motion in lukewarm water only. Do not rub or massage the hair up onto your head. Also avoid washing your hair lying back in a bath as this can cause the hair extensions to tangle.
Rinse the shampoo out and then apply our conditioner from the middle to ends of the hair – avoid putting product on the root area and areas where extensions are attached as this can cause them to come loose and fall out.
Gently pat dry the extensions with a towel.
We retail a deepconditioning treatment for extensions. We advise using this once a week to lock in moisture and maintain your extensions.
If using a hairdryer ensure you dry on a low heat setting and at least 5 inches from the hair
We always suggest putting your hair into a loose ponytail or plait before bed which helps to prevent the hair from tangling or matting due to friction. Always ensure you don’t sleep with wet extensions as this can cause them to matt into a ball.
Can i colour extensions?
Hair extensions have already been through vigorous chemical processes to reach your desired shades. They all start of shades 1b to 4. Because of this it is at your own risk if you decide to dye them and we will not take responsibility for any damaged caused.
Those with hair extensions in beautiful ash colour shades can be maintained throughout wear with our specialist silver toning products to maintain the colour.
To keep your hair looking gorgeous ensure you take good care of it by attending your regular maintenance appointments booked with your technician. We recommend 6 week check ups.
When you’re ready to have your extensions removed, please visit your professional stylist for removal to avoid damage to your own hair and scalp.

Hair extensions react like your natural hair. There is always a risk of extensions fading from their original shade. This does not mean the quality is compromised, some donors hair will be more porous than others. Unfortunately it is impossible to determine whether this will happen to extensions before they are worn for sometime. Therefore discoloured hair will not be accepted as a refund request.
Please Note: – All of our human hair products are colour treated so can be subject to colour fading or colour running for the first few washes.
lighter shades have a bleach content therefore will not last as long in life span as non-bleached hair. These shades will also need extra after care and less heat applied to increase the lifespan as they are more prone to fading than other shades as they are done on to a bleach base.
